After running the shower to desired temperature, enter your shower then place the steamer on the shower floor between the aches of you feet. As you shower the steamer will melt while releasing a soothing aroma of your choice. DO NOT PLACE IN THE SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING THE SHOWER.
